Registration Guidelines

At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference to have the paper included in the proceedings and the Technical Program. Authors with multiple accepted papers will receive a discount on registration fees for the additional papers.

Please note: The registration fee for the conference is non-refundable. It covers your participation on Day 1 only. Visa arrangements, travel costs, and accommodation are not included and are the sole responsibility of the author.

  • Important Note: Transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant. We will receive the full amount listed in the table below, excluding any transaction costs.

NOTE:
  • Depending on your registration category, your abstract will be published in the conference proceedings, and the full paper will be published in a peer-reviewed international journal.
  • For publication in a Scopus/Web of Science indexed journal, additional fees may apply. The acceptance letter will detail all costs associated with conference registration and journal publication.
  • We consider publications in journals indexed in Scopus (Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4) or the Web of Science (Emerging Sources Citation Index - ESCI). Specific details will be included in your acceptance letter after the initial review. Alternatively, you can contact our Conference Coordinator for more information.
